If you are in need of a reimbursement for a PTA expense, from an event you chaired or helped plan, please reach out to our Treasurer, Katy Wanner, (treasurer[at]mckpta.org). Please fill out the this reimbursement form and attach all of the necessary receipts. The receipts must only include the items you are looking to be reimbursed for.
